Chili Meal

Chili meal is divided into spicy chili meal and sweet pepper meal. Spicy chili meal is produced from high-pungency chili peppers after extraction of active ingredients. It still retains strong pungency and natural chili aroma, and is rich in crude protein and trace elements. Sweet pepper meal is processed from the by-products obtained after pigment extraction from sweet peppers. It has virtually no pungency, features a golden color, and is abundant in natural pigments and nutrients with high protein content.

Spicy chili meal is mainly applied in feeds for pungency-tolerant animals such as aquatic species and ruminants, which can improve feed palatability and disease resistance. Sweet pepper meal is widely used in feeds for poultry, livestock and aquatic products. It delivers remarkable natural pigmentation effect and offers excellent cost performance.
